In order to measure the programme’s coverage and analyse the factors hindering its implementation, with the aim of channelling available resources to areas with low coverage, two PECMAS programme coverage surveys were carried out in the districts of Ampanihy and Betioky in November and December 2017, co-funded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Civil Protection and European Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) and UNICEF.
