Programme Coverage Survey, Eastern, Adamaoua, Far North and North Regions, Cameroon (December 2018)
Cameroon had never before conducted a large-scale coverage survey for the Integrated Management of Severe Acute Malnutrition (IMSAM) programme. The Sub-Directorate for Food and Nutrition (SDAN) within the Directorate for Health Promotion (DPS) of the Ministry of Health, with support from UNICEF, carried out coverage surveys for the PCIMAS programmes in the Far North, North, Adamaoua and East regions in December 2018.

The SLEAC methodology (Simplified LQAS Assessment of Access and Coverage) was used to classify treatment coverage in 12 health districts (four each in the Far North and North regions, and two each in the Adamaoua and East regions).
