This report presents the findings of the coverage assessment conducted by ACF in Kiryandongo refugee settlement in West Central Uganda in November 2015. Kiryandongo district is currently host to over 44,000 refugees from South Sudan. While the nutrition situation has stabilized from a critical emergency situation in 2014 the coverage of the current nutrition interventions implemented by ACF and other stakeholders in partnership with support from UNICEF, WFP and other humanitarian actors is not known. The assessment was therefore conducted to evaluate access and coverage of selective feeding programmes in the refugee settlements to better inform the programs access and coverage for improved program delivery.

The assessment was conducted based on the SQUEAC methodology, a low- resource method that uses a mix of quantitative and qualitative data to monitor nutrition programme performance, identify barriers to service access and uptake and evaluate coverage. The assessment covered 4 OTC and 5 SFP sites and included participants from both refugee and host communities.
