How to strengthen the influence of the Link NCA on the programmes?

The two main objectives of this study were to assess how operational teams utilise Link NCA and to identify modular solutions to enhance its impact on operational programmes. Over a qualitative survey spanning 25 days, 36 individuals were interviewed regarding the last 22 Link NCA surveys conducted. Findings revealed that the programming phase guide was infrequently utilised and often modified, with the internal programming phase rarely developed. When methodical programme preparation occurs, the influence of Link NCA on outcomes significantly improves.
