From our stage 1 findings, we have established what our main boosters and barriers to coverage are. We can use stage 2 as a ‘checkpoint’ to ensure that our findings from stage 1 are a true reflection of the programme. Stage 2 is also an opportunity to collect additional information on an area of interest that may have an indirect impact on programme coverage, especially indirectly.
